    A clear, resealable plastic bag used to hold small or loose items.
  • Why use ziplock bags?
    They let customs inspect contents without tearing packaging. They’re resealable and help keep your package intact.

    Pack items securely. Use transparent ziplock bags for dried foods or loose items to make customs checks easier and avoid damage. Note: Some items may require repackaging at our office for added protection or to meet cargo airline regulations. Please be aware this could add to the total weight of your package.

    Minimum shipment weights vary depending on the route: Lagos → Tbilisi: 5kg minimum Tbilisi → Lagos: 10kg minimum Lagos → Other Countries: 20kg minimum Tbilisi → Other Countries: 20kg minimum You must meet the required minimum weight for your package to be accepted for shipping.

  • When will my package ship?
    We ship once we meet the cargo weight minimum required by our shipper. Your package will be included in the next available shipment once that minimum is reached.
  • When do I make payment?
    Payment is made after your final package weight is confirmed by our office team and the shipping cost is agreed upon.
  • Are there extra charges for Tbilisi shipments?
    Yes. A clearance service charge is required upon arrival in Tbilisi, Georgia. The fee is per kilogram and based on the exchange rate at the time.
  • Who pays the clearance fee in Tbilisi?
    The receiver in Tbilisi is responsible for paying the clearance service charge before the package is delivered.
  • What is the clearance service charge?
    The clearance service charge is a fee required to clear your shipment through customs upon arrival at the destination country. It is calculated per kilogram and is paid before delivery can be made to the receiver.
  • How do I pay for my shipment?
    All payments are made in the origin's local currency. We currently accept bank transfer.
